Stairs: This is a multi-level townhome, and guests should be comfortable using stairs. Self Check-In: Enjoy convenient self check-in with a smart lock. Your unique access code will be provided prior to arrival. High-Speed WiFi: Fast Spectrum WiFi is available throughout the home, making it ideal for remote work, streaming, and staying connected. Streaming Entertainment: Smart TVs are provided throughout the home. Guests can log into their own streaming accounts during their stay. No Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted inside the property. There are detectors in the property to detect smoke, vaping and excessive noise. You'll be close to restaurants, coffee shops, nightlife, and entertainment. As with any vibrant urban neighborhood, you may occasionally hear normal city activity, especially during football weekends, graduations, concerts, and other major events. Multi-Level Townhome The home includes multiple levels connected by stairs. Guests should be comfortable using stairs throughout their stay. Parking One private garage parking space is included with your reservation. Vehicle height may be limited, so oversized trucks or large SUVs may not fit comfortably. Additional street parking may be available but cannot be guaranteed and is subject to city regulations. Occupancy The home comfortably accommodates **6–8 guests**. To ensure everyone's comfort and comply with local regulations, only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Self Check-In Enjoy convenient self check-in with a smart lock. Your personalized access code and arrival instructions will be sent before check-in.
